Good for you, 8K is pretty good! I was a single Mom and my daughter did not always help, but saw what a woman could do on her own. Now she is in her late 30's and will tackle about anything, including plumbing and electricity. She bought a house when she was 30 and we painted, laid laminate flooring, removed and replaced a tub surround, put in new sinks and gave the place a whole new look for little money. We do things has we have the money and time. Good learning experience for us both.

I must commend you on your skills, patience, fortitude and courage. You were brave to even buy a sight like that on purpose, but you made lemoade out of lemons. Why did I not meet you when I lived in Hampton in my plain, builders grade everything townhouse. I sure could have used your help.
