Ceramic tile fire pit
I want to replace the square tiles on a fire pit with ceramic ones that the kids have painted on. How would I preserve the design on the tiles to withstand the heat of the fire pit? Would a heat resistant sealant yellow the designs?

@Carla Stables I am not an expert in this area, but I think you need to seal it and fire it first. I would suggest you consult a ceramics studio in your area. You may even be able to do the work yourself at that studio. You may want to consult a few in your area to see if the info is consistent.
