Upcycled Baker's Twine Storage

5 Minutes
Easy
I love a good repurpose! I'm one to try to recycle an item in my home rather than throw it away. So when I discovered the smaller Pringles cans I knew just what to do with them!
Baker's twine is still a hot ticket item to have in your craft room. It's great for crafting, gift wrapping, and more! But those messy strings hanging about didn't look the best.
Luckily for me, I discovered the Baker's twine is approximately the same size as a small Pringles can making them a match made in heaven!

With just a few simple steps you can store your twine in these chip cans and dress them up on the outside to perfectly match your space!
First things first, cut a small hole in the center of the plastic lid with an X-acto knife. It doesn't have to be perfect in shape, but try to make it smooth so the twine doesn't get snagged on it.

You probably will not be able to wipe out ALL of the potato chip grease so line the sides and bottom of the can with wax paper, parchment paper, or freezer paper.

Decorate the outside of the can with your favorite scrapbook paper.

Insert twine and enjoy your cute, new, non-messy Baker's twine storage!
