I have found that anywhere I have bought chalk paint they also sell the wax. Annie Sloan has a clear wax and a dark wax. If you have any used furniture stores or craft stores in your area they might carry it or if your type in Annie Sloan chalk paint you can buy it online.

Or you can also buy a wax called "Fiddes" on Amazon that works with the chalk paints too and is cheaper than the other brands but works just as good!

I always bought the wax where I bought the paint. But, it's good to know about the brand above.

I've even used Johnson's Paste Wax-the kind that comes in a yellow tin. Michael's sells Americana Décor cream waxes and paints, and Joann Fabric sells Plaid's Folk Art Home Décor pant & wax, and both of these are only around $7.99 for an 8oz jar.

I have been using Americana Crème Wax from Michaels with great results. Unlike the other paste waxes, it is water based and has little to no odor. You paint it on with a soft brush or cloth, allow to dry, then buff. It is tintable, but also available in medium and darker brown.
