Old piano?

I have an old ('50s-'60s) upright piano with several dead keys on it. I have tried to give it away for the last 10 yrs with NO takers. Any suggestions on what to do with this beast? I've even tried donating it and no one will come get it. :(

Having the same issue with an organ. this is tough to recommend as a music lover, but I have been considering taking a saw to it and re purpose the raised paneled sides and top to make something with the beautiful wood. Anyone else have recomendations?

Make an outdoor fountain with it, or an indoor or outdoor bar. I've seen pictures of people repurposing their old pianos into desks. Just an idea and I'm sure you can find instructions online.

A lot of piano tuners also do refurbishing. If you can get the keys replaced and make it playable again, you'll have a much easier time getting rid of it. You could sell for a few hundred dollars and get your money back!
