Upcycled Nightstands Decorated With Old Dvds

The hunt started when i was rearranging my furniture and the night stands were too big to be place with bed on the other wall. i bought these two little babies that were just the perfect size. Not an inch bigger or smaller, and decoration part was experiment. Let me show you how.
I removed the hardware. Sanded, primed painted and varnished it in white.
While priming.
Then one day... almost 2 weeks later when i was figuring out what to do for decoration, i got these dvds for some other project. Spray painted it experimentally and was SHOCKED to see what beauty was born.
The shiny side was sprayed. Yes i was a bit sad to lose the blingy thing but when cutting the leaves, i found that dvd was separated in two layers and guess what? The other layer was the bling bling one. Saved ever piece of it for my next project.
