Sliding Doors Add Personality to a Dull Hallway

The arched entryway to our living room made it difficult to add a traditional door, so my husband attached salvaged factory doors to "sliding barn door" hardware and hung them over the 5' opening.
Since the doors were not long enough, he added a 6" x 41" piece of wood at the bottom of each door then covered the lower portion of the doors with a black metal kick plate.
The barn door hardware kit's holes were not in line with the studs in the wall, so he had to attach a piece of sturdy, old, weathered oak to the wall with bolts, then bolt on the slider hardware.
He added a door knocker and a piece of faux stained glass for a little added color and personality.

@Sue P. That does not look like a lion??? Isn't it a faun? Is there a lion on the knocker part? But I'll definitely start Googling. BTW, the doors really are awesome. I have a spot in my house where I've been contemplating barn doors. Great job.

The knocker came from a barn sale in Maryland almost 3 years ago. If you go to Google and type in "ram's head door knocker" you will see similar ones.

Didn't mean to repeat myself, but my first reply didn't show up when I went back to the post. It does look more like a goat or ram rather than a lion since it has horns.

It looks like the door on the left is not able to slide/move/open or close (due to the wall), or do both doors Actually slide to the ‘right’ side? If that’s correct, Did you need to do something special to the bar/rack above to allow for that to happen? (We are getting ready to hang our doors and have a similar issue - but with light switches being in the way of one of the doors when it will be left opened). Thx in advance for responding!!
