How to organize men's boots

I don't have a closet area because I'm living in my garage until my house is built. I'm having problems with my husband's shoes staying out of the middle living area.

Without pictures to know what you have to work with this is a shot in the dark, but maybe an under the bed storage bin or a bench with shoe cubbies under it?

Grown up men do not bother his wife with boots in the middle of their living space. A man grown enough to be married vind a way to solve such a problem himself. It is common courtesy to put your own shoes away, every mother teach her children this.

Dollar store boot trays at the door. I line w/ the absorbent pads they sell for cleaning. It soaks up water, snow, and dirt. I use 2 by our entry. His and Hers!

Your post made me giggle. Because I have been married for going on 28 years and I still trip over my husbands boots, to combat that I simply slide them under a livingroom armchair, daily. I have had boot boxes and we tried the under the bed thing, the entry way matt, the little shoe shelf, but his boots still land on the livingroom floor. I don't have to fix him, it is a small thing in an otherwise pretty great marriage, so I adapt and tuck the boots under the chair every day. :) Good Luck and stay happy.
