My husband made me this small greenhouse from all vintage windows. Even the door is windows. The only part that isn't a window is the front bottom pieces which are glass and tile. I love it, its fun to have in my yard.
The windows were all windows that were thrown out. My husband rescued them. It took a few months to get enough but we finally did. He used wood to attach them too of course but other than that they are all windows. We made a cute arbor over the front and shelving on the inside. We actually added thrown out gutters to each side and filled them with strawberry plants. I will update with pictures of the inside and gutter planters in the Spring.
The Hinges on the outside we purchased from Home Depot. It was a very inexpensive project because the windows were free. My husband says it wasn't that hard to do. He only pieced windows together that were similiar for each side, like one wall was say 4 windows, he made sure they were the same on each side to make sure the walls were pretty even. I think anyone can build this. Its very tiny so just one or two people can do it in a few days.
