Much has changed since moving into "the shack" now fondly referred to as "Canterbury Cottage. I hope you all appreciate the transformation from March 2012 to July 2015. There are still a few more phases to come but for now, my pocketbook says I'm done until next spring.
March 14, 2012 - just before I moved in on April 7, 2012.
November 1, 2013 - seven months later.

The gutters then would be a good place to start. directing all of the rain that falls on the roof away from the foundation would help significantly .

@KMS Woodworks I left a message yesterday for my landlord about letting me put gutters up and having them meet on the side of the house where the a/c unit sits so that I can get a rain barrel and recycle the rain to water my flowers. I'm sure he'll give me permission to do it. Everyone in the community raves about how wonderful the place looks. It's on my dime. It's adding value to his property. It's being conservative. I just need his permission to put up something permanent.
