If you have a basket, you can put stuff in it. I use large market baskets for potatoes and onions.. I have pretty woven baskets for my table cloths and place mats. I use different sized baskets for pantry items... to store craft items, pots of plants sitting on a table, I have my wash cloths and towels rolled up in a basket in my guest bath...I have small baskets that I have used to organize my make up... If you have something, you can put it in a basket. They are great to paint and to decorate also.

I use baskets in my hall cupboard to keep scarves, hats, gloves. I use baskets in my storage closet off my bedroom to store towels, shawls, travelling accessories, belts, small handbags. I use small baskets in my chest of drawers in the bedroom to sort, socks, pants, bras, tights etc. I use baskets in my guest bedroom to store extra toiletries, towels, magazines. I also keep a basket in my lounge with my puzzle magazines, a notebook, pencil case and my little bag with my nail file, hand cream, hankies etc.

I hung a large, deep basket on my one bathroom wall, bottom flush with the wall, and I put towels rolled nicely in it. Looks great. I then, on another wall, hung wooden towel racks, and hung decorated baskets on it, to put various miscellaneous items into those. Very simple, looks very nice, and got rid of a lot of clutter.

Need suggestions…well, I have amassed a very large collection of baskets that I use frequently for entertaining family and large groups of friends etc. so outside of the “normal” day to day basket utilization, ie to store dog toys, display kitchen fruit, vegetables, to corral shoes, to serve as catch alls, etc.

with this said, I still have at any given time, 50+ lying around stacked within each other of it fits. I need to have them accessible but out of my husbands way. I was thinking about using some sort of clothes line, bungee cord, etc, to hang each basket on with a locking shower curtain hook by their handles. Hubby does not like this idea one iota

some are 3’ in circumference and since I don’t have a back door but rather a cellar door to exit my home, looking for ideas other than to par down. Call me anal, but I like using them all, in various tones and compositions, but just live in a small home. 😳😁😉
