you can fill the cracks and then have a spray coat pool decking like "Kool cote" put over it. I am building a pool and have the same ugly decking. We are pouring some new concrete decking and then spray coating the old and new decks to be pretty and seamless

I have same issue but on my front porch and back patio. After 2 years of research I've found the only solution is to jackhammer it out and start over. There is no covering that will withstand foot traffic without peeling off due to uneven texture. You could cover it with patio stones permanently affixed but that will leave a tripping hazard due to edge. If you come up with something I'd love to hear it.

You could always make a feature out of it and fill it in with with something else, maybe something bright and glittery or glow in the dark filler? Not sure if there is such a thing but you can get glow in the dark paint...

I am planning to seal the crack with Sikaflex(a self leveling bonding caulk available at lowes) and spread pea gravel over it before it sets. This is working well with joints where I'm using sand. Blends in well and is very durable.
