Top pieces to dining room hutches

I have decided not to use the tops to my hutches any more, I painted the bottoms of them and will continue to use them. I hate to throw them away. Any suggestions on what to do with them? I was thinking about using two of them (with glass doors) in my very small laundry room over the washer and dryer. Just need to convince my husband to remove the light! The other one does not have doors just shelves. Thanks for any advice coming my way! Not sure it won't let me add my photo......

I did see on here where someone had used the top of a hutch to make cabinets about the washer & dryer it looked great! Go for it!

@Diane Read if you can use a cabinet or bookshelf in another area of the house you could add legs/feet and paint for repurposed piece. I saw earlier today on this site a member who used finials for the feet of a cabinet - less costly than what you find in the home stores.

I bought an old hutch top at a yard sale added short legs painted it and it's a beautiful curio cabinet in my family room for my husband's sport collection
