Vintage Headboards on Jan 02, 2013I am in the process of creating an accent wall in my son's bedroom. Be prepared to take a lot of time to carefully remove the nails. They are usually twist or ring-shank - meaning that the nails are engineered NOT to come out. The thickness of the wood on the pallets will vary as well. Keep all of this in mind. Good luck Amy - please post your work on the site! Good luck with your project!Helpful Reply
