A bottle of red nail polish got broken in the bathroom and spilled all over the white tile and grout! I tried to get it up with nail polish remover but some still remains! Any solutions?

Magic erasers are amazing and will take it off the tile. Not sure about the grout though.

Magic eraser for sure and use a nail polish remover without acetone! No acetone!!! Pour the none acetone remover on a paper towel and let soak for five or so minutes. Do in sections if there is a larger area. Use a dampened rag that you can throw away soaked with a bit of the remover and wipe up folding the rag for a clean area to pick up more color. After as much can be cleaned with that repeat the process wih a tooth brush (most likely for the grout). Repeat with tooth brush on grout if needed. There may still be some color left over so 50/50 parts bleach and water then mop/soak the area with the solution and let it get into the grout and let sit but do not let it dry! After a few minutes mop up then mop the entire floor with solution if the bleach has brightened the one spot that the nail polish once was. Use the magic eraser on the stubborn parts and have a small cup of remover handy and a bucket of water to rinse your rag, eraser ect as needed. This process worked for me and I found how to clean it by googling "how to clean nail polish on white tile and grout. Good luck!
