Top Ten Vintage Thrifty Finds of 2012
When decorating my home or flower gardens, I like to find great vintage pieces at great prices. Nine of the ten items in my post were purchased for $10 or under.
The Brownie Camera and the Baby Ben Clock were purchased at under five dollars at garage sales.
The Hanson Model 2060 scale was purchased for under $10. Excellent shape.
This Cram's Terrestrial 12 inch globe was purchased for $10 at a second hand shop. I think it is from the late 1930's.
The typewriter, a Royal Quiet Deluxe portable was purchased for $20. Near mint condition.
This Godinger silverplate hand clip stand was $8 and is perfect for displaying cards and photos.
This vintage Buckeye gas pump was $6 and was displayed with an old metal gas can in the flower garden.
This old tole tray was picked up at a second hand shop for $4.
This vintage Enesco dog figurine was $3 at a consignment shop.
This vintage chalkware Infant of Prague religious figurine worked well with my vintage decor.
