A water-conserving landscape is low maintenance, requires less water, less fertilizer, less routine pruning and fewer pesticides. The ones they sell are expensive are these made of bells? Gives me an idea to replace my plain links

Bells are a great idea but these are store bought as a rain chain. You could use other things to direct the water like small clay pots.
