Mary Stanley on Mar 06, 2015The heat gun is best to use just be very careful not to keep it in one spot for very long. Once the glue is hot it will come right up with a little scraping.Helpful Reply

Pgl on Mar 07, 2015There are solvents for such a problem, go to your nearest carpet supply store and talk to them. Make sure you tell them it is a cement floor. You will be surprised how much easier it will be with the right tools.Helpful Reply
