Redoing a concrete floor

What is the easiest and best way to remove glued down carpet from a concrete floor?

    they sell floor scraper with long handle for removing tile ,,home depot/lowes i would try that ..its sharp so be careful

    I purchased a liquid remover designed to remove glue at Lowe's. Pour and let it sit a couple minutes and scrape. My floors are ready for painting

    If there is carpet, cut it into sections, then slits to put your hands into and pull and roll up the top layer to take out. That leaves the glue and part of the bottom layer that you can use the long handled scraper. Get extra blades - you will need them! Do not use chemical removers as they soak into the cement and gas of fumes.
