Wash only sweaters have brown spots that have appeared from nowhere

I can't dry clean them because of the trim. They were stored in an antique closet. Nothing was spilled on them. They were new. Thanks.

    I have had very good luck using OXICLEAN and soaking overnight or longer, one blouse I did for 3 days and it came out spot free. It does help if you can use hot water, but if not dissolve the Oxiclean in hot and let it cool until safe to submerge your fabric. The cooler the water the longer the process will take.

    I am not sure this will work...but when I was taking my quilting classes the quilt stores had some type of cleaner for old stored quilts with brown spots. Maybe you could call one and ask them about it. Worth a shot!

    Dissolve "biz" in just enough water to cover the items. Let sit for overnight and check to see if stain is gone. Repeat if necessary.
