Spring Wreaths From Your Garden!

Barb Rosen
by Barb Rosen
I am all about using natural materials, making pretty things and spending little or no money doing it!
Dried plant materials painted spring colors!
This sweet little spring wreath was made from dried plant materials I had gathered from the yard and garden. The wreaths were vines I had cut and shaped into circles and let dry, but you could purchase small wreaths at a craft store.
Glue the dried materials onto your wreath.
Hot glue was used to adhere the dried flowers, acorns, pine cone pieces, etc. onto the wreaths.
Spring Wreath materials
Materials were all things I already had on hand: dried flowers, beans, wreaths, hot glue, some watercolor paints and a bit of ribbon.
Natural Spring Wreath
You can leave the wreaths natural, like the one above, or add watercolor paint for some Spring zing!

There are more pictures and directions on my blog post. Thanks for taking a look!

Reminds me of my grapewine wreath with dried flowers and colourful ribbon. Wreaths are not so popular here, guests and friends always marvel at my creations when visiting : "what is that called and what is it meant for?" :))
