Super sad dresser turned to SUPERHERO awesome! Furniture lovers UNITE!!!
Dun dun DA DA!!! Isn't it super? Too much with the hero puns? lol! I love how this turned out. I'm so glad this fantastic mom commissioned me to revamp her son's pitiful dresser, especially because it's not something I would have ever done myself. It has become one of my more popular posts!
Here's a look his dresser before.
Originally I wanted to leave the insides of the drawers mostly bare, and have a silhouette of the corresponding super hero for each drawer. However, the insides were super dirty despite my best efforts to clean them. So, I used some Avengers wrapping paper to cover up the mess!
Be sure to head over to my blog to see how I did the decals! {http://www.ansleydesigns.com/2014/07/superhero-dresser-comission.html} They're not painted! haha
This was a fun project to complete and I'm glad I was given the opportunity to create this mom's vision!
