What kind of wreath form should be used and how to attach balls of yarn (different sizes) to the yarn covered form?

I think this is what you are looking for @Anita. http://www.hometalk.com/diy/craft/seasonal-decor/anthropologie-knock-off-tufted-wool-winter-wreath-717354 Though @Linda @ it all started with paint didn't say on her blog how she attached the pom poms I would guess she left extra long yarn ends when making the pom poms and used them to tie the pom poms on to the yarn wrapped wreath.
