Wallpapering: It's not as bad as I remembered.
I recently wallpapered my hallway. I was sweating bullets thinking about how awful it would be. The wallpaper I chose had SureStrip technology and boasted that it was easy to hang. Guess what? It was super easy to hang! http://www.athomeonthebay.com/2013/01/wallpaper-its-not-so-bad-after-all.html
Before the room was dark and felt smaller than it actually was.
The process of wallpapering has come a long way with the new SureStrip technology.
The hallway now looks bright and gives the illusion of being bigger.

Love the wallpaper in that spot and I'm glad to hear they have made it easier. I am about to put up some grasscloth, which only comes the old-fashioned way, a thought that is so intimidating I am hiring a pro.

Not going down that wallpaper trail again! It had twists and turns I did not like! I am thanking my lucky starts I never fell for the faux painting that was such a big thing for about 30 minutes...just enough time for everyone to realize all that goop on their walls had to be sanded out!
