The Kohlsdorf Residence is a large modern house designed by Dencity Design and built by Cablik Enterprises.
CORE was responsible for siting the house and designing all the hardscape and landscape elements. The design includes a linear water feature that spills down into a splash pool at basement elevation. The front walk to the house is oversized custom made Egyptian limestone pavers set into the landscape. The front drive is secured with a modern style horizontal automobile gate and the large motorcourt allows for plenty of guest parking. The landscape mimics the angular lines of the house and consists of large areas of low groundcover, evergreen hedges, grasses and bamboo.
