Family Baby Photos Displayed on a Vintage Crib Rail

When I found this vintage crib rail with plastic ABC's at the consignment shop, I knew I wanted to use it for displaying photos.
This was a really easy project because the crib rail had already been removed from the crib. The shop had two other crib rails that were being used to display vintage linens as if it were a ladder. This was the only one with vintage plastic letters.
I painted the crib rail, and distressed it with sand paper.
I also painted some wooden clip style clothespins.
After gluing the clothespins on the rails, I added some vintage family, black and white baby pictures. Complete details for the project are on my blog!

Hi! I was wondering if the pictures you displayed were your family pictures, or if you found them somewhere. My mom and I were looking at them and there are 3 pictures on there that are identical to some of her childhood pictures.

Just a suggestion: don't display original old photos this way. Make copies at your local store. Photos will fade when exposed to light and you don't want your originals damaged. Copies are cheap and easy. Cute idea, especially for baby pictures!
