DIY Basketball Goal {Made With Pallets}

Our boys' playroom would NOT have been complete without a basketball goal! I have two wild men that are quite obsessed and love the game.
Since I did not want the look of a plastic goal, I used an extra pallet we had around the house and ordered a goal from Amazon to put this goal together!
First, we had to lay out the pieces of wood. Once it was put together, we literally nailed into the wall so it was good and secure for any rousing games!
I ordered the goal separately, mainly because I only needed the rim. Thankfully, it was not put together so we were able to use wood glue to attach to the pallets my husband put together in a perfect square as the backboard! Using two inch screws, we also drilled it directly into the wall. We can be sure this isn't coming down for a while!
Now, we have an aesthetically pleasing goal that is perfect for the playroom for years to come!
