Mary Wheeler on Mar 26, 2015Paint the trays separate, you can clean up the legs with steel wool and buff them to a shine with a little olive oil on a rag. Put the whole thing back together once the trays have dried. Good luck!!Helpful Reply

La streight on Mar 26, 2015hang it in garage or from tree using a coat hanger and put it through one of the holes. Unless you decide to clean it up. If to rusty to clean up nicely I would recommend priming it first before painting. I am doing the same thing to table legs that are to bad to clean up and look nice. I primed them after unsuccessfully trying to use chrome paint. I am currently using them primed in grey primer. Will take off one at a time and paint now that good weather is here. I have decided on painting them black.Helpful Reply

Toni Jeffries on Mar 28, 2015I'd actually hang it from the wheels for the spray painting. Hang it high enough so that you can easily spay the cross bar/handle. USE LIGHT coats of the paint.Helpful Reply
