I've heard so much about mod podge however most people just say "use mod podge", With so many different uses and products, I'm not sure which to buy. Can someone explain the different usage and which is best for what project. Thanks.

I often just make mine. White glue and a little water. How much water spends on the project. I know they have special modpodge out now for specific projects, so you can always ask a sales representative. Bonus on making your own: it's cheap! And you can add food dye for effects!

I can't express enough that you should use the ORIGINAL MOD PODGE as pictured below. I am the mod podge queen and have been doing it for years. There are so many different varieties as well. This becomes a good barrier for moisture and wears well. I've even tried other brands and find they discolor my paint. Yiu can get a nice hefty container of it at any craft store and go online to get your 40-50% off coupons (Joanns or Hobby Lobby) abd can be used right at the register. Dint use watered down glue. You'll ruin yiur project. My fav is matte.

Mod Podge Rocks is a great site for the different products available. There are now about 10! No more just covering collages. The have charts on which product to use for which application.
