I agree Lazy Boy. They have one that has an air mattress. Pricey, but if it something that will stand the test of time.

I have 2 La-Z-Boy sleepers. One, I bought new about 25 years ago. It was the most comfy bed in the house for many years, and our main sofa, very nice to sit on, too. It still is, though it needed a slip cover about 5 years ago. Still the main sofa and still comfortable. Recently, I got another one, used, for our weekend place. It's only about 5 years old, and the same style as the old one. It is not nearly as well made. The mattress is thinner and the support under it is less firm. Good to sit on, but not such a great bed. I recommend that whatever you choose, spend some time sitting on it, and lying on it in the store.

Ashley Furniture, Ikea, and a few other brands are now making sofas without toxic flame retardant chemicals in the foam padding. Consumer demand is finally turning the tide towards non carcinogenic furnishings. CBC's "Marketplace" has done an excellent documentary exposing the hazards, especially for children.
