I am building a new house. My family room will have a gas fireplace

It will be the first thing you see when you come in the room. Any ideas I want stone.

Congratulations on building a new house & getting the opportunity to do it the way you want to. You don't mention your style of decorating so I'd suggest looking on Pinterest or Hometalk for ideas. If you just search for stone fireplaces it should bring up a ton. Think about adding a mantel from a rough board, maybe a beam from an old building or barn. Good luck.
