About Me:

I am 'one who sews' - and designs and dreams and decorates! I love to sew and I incorporate that into home decor in the form of pillows, furniture slip covers, basket liners, and anything else I, or a client comes up with! I enjoy decorating my home and helping others with theirs. My favorite thing about sewing and decor is the design involved!

Favorite area of home improvement:

I love FINISHING big projects! And I thoroughly enjoy using paint to give furniture a fresh new look. Adding soft goods that are made by hand enhances any room too.

Rusty Fence Project

Using some old concrete reinforcing fencing that is delightfully rusty, some IKEA flower pots, s-hooks and a bit of time, we created a fun vertical planter and trellis for ivy to grow up.

  • A little styling makes open shelving beautiful and functional. No more wondering where something is--you can see it all. Not show:Even my pantry cupboard has glass doors--I can see at a glance what I need to pick up at the market. I will say I am super OCD and make sure all my labels face forward. I even buy the store brand from one grocery store of all my canned goods because the packaging looks vintage. 2
