what are you wanting to do? If you have a tub, shower curtains around the tub is probably the most dramatic improvement that I saw when we redid ours. That was a different house than we are in now, what kind of budget are you working with? do you have a window in the bathroom? adding shelves above the toilet works, painting the entire room or just one wall is something that can be done with a sample of paint. wallpaper? new drawer pulls? lighting? mirrors?

We recently did a total floor to ceiling makeover in our bathroom with a shower only. All new walls fixtures etc. We did subway tile in the shower with an accent tile running through it and continued the accent tile onto the walls outside the shower. We did a granite topped vanity, and on the flook we put in the tile that looks like long planks. We choose brown tones. 1
