How do I make papercrate?
I would like to make papercrate to enable me to make a fairy house.

are wanting to pour it into a mold? at the forestwher i voluneer at we make fairy houses out of bark, treebranches and such. there a recipes on te ne for the mixture if u r etermine to use papercrate, andthen u could make a mold out of old planters an such.personally, the fairies know and love like natarual home s from rocks, slate, bark,leavs,ect

Most craft store sell a powder mix for papermasche, or you can just use flower and water to make the sticky paste.Cut strips of newspaper and get creative! Then seal it with a clear coat spray paint after it is completely dry.

Papercrete is newspapers, cardboard or generally any kind of paper material soaked in water long enough to turn into mush, drained and mixed with a concrete and sand mixture. It can then be molded and painted. There is only one person on the web in the United States that actually does it and you can find him at "thepapercrete.com" blog. He gives a wonderful blog on it and actually teaches you how to make the bowls, flowerpots or whatever you are trying to make.
