Oiled Rubbed Bronze is the hardest to clean of all the finishes. You have to make sure what kind of finish you have. Do you have a real, natural patina of bronze? Most your everyday kind of faucets like Moen, Delta and such don't have a natural patina so you can spray them down with a white vinegar and water solution and then rub them clean. It might take a few times and let it soak. But if you have a high end faucet with a natural patina, you need to consult with the manufacturer first.

Thank you, I will need to look on the information I have for the item. We built a few years ago and all my faucets, showers etc are the same.

Vinegar is a great way to clean and it really does clean hard water stains. I agree with Beth McDrummond Holley. You can also soak a cloth in vinegar and wrap it or lay it on the area; it will dissolve the stain. I had a really tough stain that took about 45 minutes to clean it off, but worked on it while cleaning and doing laundry. Just keep after it!

I LOVE CLR...you could google it and check it out. If not, straight, stinky vinegar is the best.
