Shortening mini-blinds
Has anyone found any use for extra mini-blind slats, left over when shortening blinds?

I use them to label the rows of my garden and for making plant markers in my flower pots. Write on them with a Sharpie, then cut the other end into a point to make it easier to stick into the ground/pot.

No blinds at this time, but in the past I have saved them to replace slats that might get damaged in the future.
