Shabby paint is more a process than a product. However, if you want that look, Miss Mustard Seed (a blog) carries it. My understanding is that it is a milk paint and it peels quite a lot. If you want to use chalk paint (not blackboard paint) you can either buy that or make your own. Anne Sloane is a popular one but expensive. If you google "chalk paint for furniture" it will bring up several.

There absolutely is a specific brand of paint called "Shabby Paint." It is an acrylic-chalk combo. You can go to the Shabby Paint website and put in your zip code to find the closest retailer to you. Here's the retailer search link: https://www.shabbypaints.com/shabby-paintsretailers/ If there is not a Shabby Paint retailer within driving distance, most retailers will probably ship, or you can order directly from the Shabby Paint website under the "Online Ordering" tab. Just for clarification, Miss Mustard Seed has her own line of MILK paint. Milk paint does not always chip; it depends on the piece being painted but you have the option of adding Bonding Agent to the milk paint if you definitely don't want the chippy look. Annie Sloan is CHALK paint. They are similar in that they need little to no pre-paint preparation and produce a shabby type paint finish but they are completely different type products. If you are interested in either the Miss Mustard Seed or Annie Sloan products, each has a website where you can find a retailer by searching your zip code. I know Robyn Story Designs in Tampa, FL offers free shipping on all Miss Mustard Seed milk paint products.
