What is the name of the small tree/bush tha looks like a mini weeping

I see these in yards and love them. they look like a weeping willow or upside down tree. i want to know what it is called.

The one I have in my yard that looks similar to weeping willow but smaller is a weeping cherry tree.

Often they are grafted so it depends on what they nursery started with.
