Mr. Front Porch and I recently completed a project that we had only talked about for many years. We have no idea why it took us so long to finally decide to tackle this project but we are so glad we did.
We built and installed wood beams for our living room.
This is a Before pic of the space from several years ago.
Building the wood beams was a fairly simple project and did not take a lot of time as far as projects go. The hardest part was how heavy they were and that it was just me and Mr. Front Porch to hold them up for installation. The most time consuming part was the finish I created on the beams.
They were the perfect addition to our home. We would love for you to stop on by the blog to see more pictures of the space to include more Before pictures.
