Growler Fairy Lamp - Great Upcycle Project

I love this growler (or demijohn lamp) it's so easy to make, no crafting or DIY skills needed!
Items needed:

Growler

String of LED lights (the type with copper wire looks best)

Magic Eraser

You can use beer or wine growlers (if you're not going to drink the wine you can save it to make wine vinegar later) you can also find apple juice growlers at health food stores if you prefer. Dump, save or use the liquid inside of your growler and give it a wash. Use a Magic Eraser to easily remove any labels.
Allow the growler to completely dry, mine took about 3 days to dry completely. Once your growler is dry you can add the lights! Start pushing the lights into the opening of the jug. If you don't like the "design" the lights created, pull them back out and do over until you like the look. Personally I like the random look that the lights create on their own.
I enjoy using this lamp on date nights, it creates a lovely ambiance much like a candle without the need to remember to put it out - I don't know about you, but by the time I sit to down to relax on date night I'm pretty tired and I often fall asleep, so LED growler lamps are are great alternative to candles!

I have everything needed for this project. Do you just leave the on/off switch showing as it comes out of the top?
