Baby H, for designer I use Traditions In Tile. For excellent prices, Floor n Decor. You just have to do a little quality control when you lay it out but the price can not be beat
If my custom boat building business ever takes off, I'm going to have you design my office:) By the way, have you ever thought of using a custom strip canoe in any of your designs? I just did a show this weekend and almost everyone says there to pretty to put in the water. I call it functional art HaHa. I paddle them once in awhile, but like to build them more
Harold I do love boats! I was the in house designer of yachts & houseboats for a manufacturer for 8 years! What is a strip canoe? Does that mean carved? Thank you all, I will post some more pictures of the Lobby & offices on another post.
If you'll send me your email address, I'll send you some photos. For some reason I haven't been able to figure out how to post them to Hometalk. My email address is hmgreenleaf@gmail.com
Seriously in the right setting, (lake house?) one of my boats would look awesome hanging from a ceiling.
Okay, I finally got to the client file (sorry, I was out of town). @ Handy Andy -the color of the office is the old Duron Millenium -Gumnut. @Sawhorse- the floors are Asian Walnut, they are gorgeous.
I love this room, and I've seen wallpaper on a ceiling before and thought it was a beautiful idea when done right, like you did here. I really like how the two end short walls are used, letting the room feel useful, rather than just stark walls. The fireplace is beautiful.
