Changing doors
I live in a mobile home with its original back door. I would like to know if I can replace it with a standard door?

Yes you can, isn't that great news? however you will need a sawsall, and you need to get a new frame with your new door, The trailer frames are junk anyway. But yes indeed you can put a real door . It is not that difficult to do either. Chances are you will be getting a slightly larger door then the one currently there. But that is not a problem.
