Upcycled TV Cabinet

Don't get rid of those big clunky TV cabinets that used to hold your old TV! They can be upcycled and repurposed to give you a lot more storage space. We upcycled our old TV cabinet into a "new" cabinet for our renovated kitchen.
Our old cabinet was a lovely orange oak color, which I'm trying to get rid of in our house, but I knew it had a lot of good storage space.

It needed some work - especially the back wall with the big hole!
We added some new shelves, and covered the hole in the back wall with leftover V-board.
We painted it to match our newly painted kitchen cabinets.
Now we have lots of extra storage space, and a great place for our microwave!
We're loving the "new" cabinet!
