Plants for terrarium

I have a glass container that is 22" around and 6" high. I would like suggestions as to plants to use for a terrarium?

What I did was go to a larger nursery & ask. Don't go to Home Depot or Walmart. You need a knowledgeable person to help you.They will have suggestions and there are plants you would not think to put in a terrarium, but they have treated to keep them small. They were very helpful for my two terrariums. You also need to trim them occasionally to keep them small.

Use succelents or air plants, they both do not need to be watered and look beautiful and you might add a whimsical piece, ex: gnome or a fairy.

Aren't succulents similar to cacti?That type of plant needs a drier environment, not the humid environment which a terrarium produces...

Air plants in small sea shells look great. Add some colored pebbles if you wish for a blue sea.
