There is a formula-liquid peppermint witch hazel and distilled water-anyone have the amounts?

Fill spray bottle 3/4 full with distiller water; add 2 tablespoons witch hazel, 12 drops peppermint essential oil. Shake it up, spray around doorways, patio.
