    You'll want to get a scoring tool from your local home improvement store that makes a bunch of ...»
    tiny holes in the paper. Then, spray liberally with a solution of hot water and vinegar in a spray bottle. If you're still having a tough time, hitting the paper with steam from an iron will help loosen it up.
