This is a family house in a subdivision of the Santa Fe in Mexico City. The first condition for the solution was to give the client a project to optimize building space without sacrificing the program. To achieve this, we face a number of restrictions that limit most, pushed us to solve the architectural party "L" with the intent to make the house feel more spacious gardens uniting the two forced the front and back, maximizing the depth of the property. The resulting space is the compositional axis of the project, a linear sequence of spaces of different character. All the main spaces of the house are subordinate to this axis and incorporated it visually and physically by large windows mobile. The color palette is based on the authenticity of the materials like exposed concrete, wood, oil, cut the enclosure, gray limestone and vegetation.
