if you use bleach on colored grout it will discolor and bleach it out. He said oxygen bleach. I would test spot any chemical I used on the floor first. I clean my grout and floors once a year. I rent a Commercial Steamer from a tool rental company and steam clean the grout and tile. It melts dirt off and it makes my grout and tile look brand new. Then I re- seal the grout. I use a good sealer. Some sealers on last 6 mths I make sure to find one that last a year. I usually put on three coats letting it dry in-between. It is a lot easier than doing something to damage expensive tile floors. This cost me no more than $50.00. I keep the Commerical steamer all day long. Which I can also use to clean the upholstery and headliner in my car. I clean the bathrooms, you can use it to clean walls and take smoke smells out of your house.
