Pest help

I need suggestions for getting rid of pantry, or cupboard moths. We've been battling them for a couple of years, but they still keep popping up! I can't keep hardly any food in the pantry, or cupboards unless it's sealed in a can, or jar, and my fridge/freezer is filled with the dry foods like the pastas and rice. I'm so sick of this! Can anyone help???

put a desk lamp,(the kind with a bendy lamp support) and set it next to a shallow container with water and a drop of dawn soap. position the light so it is about 4 - 6" above the container. You will get them, works for fleas to. You may have to do it a few times to get any new ones as they have a life cycle. Good luck!

I had this problem once. Found the cause was bird seed kept in a large storage container. Got rid of that first and have never kept it indoors since. To get rid of the existing ones, I emptied everything from the pantry and wiped the entire pantry down with a mixture of bleach and water, then wiped down the outside of every can, container, and package before it went back into the pantry. Took a lot of work, but I never got them again. Good luck!
