Berry invasion

My neighbor planted a raspberry bush next to my flower bed and now shoots from the bush are invading my flowers. I pull them out but they are more to replace them. What can I do?

You might try putting in a Landscape barrier (edging) like in the photo, or build a small retaining wall in the area.

Any canes that are growing outside your bed, but on your property, should be mowed with the lawn mower every week, after a few weeks, they'll stop popping up. But, what concerns me (and you!) is that the canes are coming up in your garden bed. I agree with Cathryn S above that you might try a landscape barrier (buried quite deep) and use clippers to clip the berry canes already in the bed on a regular basis so they go away. Additionally, depending on your communication comfort with your neighbor, since it is one bush, you may ask them to remove it and plant further away on their own property. The plant is encroaching on your property, and you legally have the right to keep cutting it back. Best of luck!

put in weed barrier edging that is deep enough so the canes can't go under it.

Why are you letting him invade your yard? Round up should do the trick, and Mow around your bed.
